you can not convert SVG files to gypsy. SVG files are used with third party programs and are not supported by PC or their products.

The gypsy can only cut .gypsy files and .cut files converted to .gypsy

To import .cut files you have to convert them to .gypsy. To do this you need the full version (paid version) of DS.

Open DS
Click File
Click open (to open the file)
Click File
Click Save as
Change the file name (by adding a number or letter)
Click the drop down arrow for "file type"
Change the file type to .gypsy

Any files you want to cut on yoiur gypsy the carts need to be linked to your gypsy.

you're very welcome. If you don't have DS and you want a .cut file converted you can ask the creator many will convert them otherwise most people on the board who have DS are willing to convert files
