I've used my I maybe 20 times and both ink cartridges say "ok" and appear to be full of ink BUT when I print the people from Best Friends the ones with the black hair turn out a yucky green color (hair) -- no black ink is printing. As many issues as I've had with my I am afraid to do anything so hoping someone here may offer some direction or advice. I'm dumbfounded as to why it is not printing black ink color but shows the ink cartridge is full?? Confused

Any ideas are appreciated.

Tracy

I'll give it a try -- I do have it on a stable table (I think I do) but maybe something is out of wack -- thanks for the advice. Smile

I've used mine maybe 4 times, and the black turns out greyish.

I may move mine to something just to test but mine is sitting on a heavy filing cabinet.

Maybe you have a defective ink cartridge. I would call PC. I've had mine since launch, same black ink cart, in and out of 3 machines and still working fine.

I think it's defective.
