I'm having issues with using my Creative Memories Cricut Cartridges on the imagine. Keeps telling me I need to do an update. But when even I try to do a content update, it just hangs. Firewall is off (double checked it. Anyone else running into this issue or know what I can do to fix it? also what is the latest firmware and content version we should be on? I have 0115 and 0008....

Hi Akia, Most current is 1.01 0115:0027:0239:202A. Depending on what antivirus you are using, you may also have to add cricutsync and bridge apps to your exception list. Also make sure you have all current windows updates (assuming you are running windows) and that you have those most recent Adobe Air version. Post back if you still have issues.

You might have already sorted this out but one common issue is ensuring that the CricutSync is upto date before updating the Imagine-hope this helps or you at least have it up and running now
