Help ... My cricut expression wont turn on and customer service is shut down for a company wide meeting! Just my luck ... anyone have any suggestions? I've moved it from outlet to outlet. The green light is lit up on the power cord but the machine will not po wer on. I've hit the little red reset button and still nothing. Help!!!!!!Confused

here are the reset instructions hope they help


Turn on the machine, with no cartridge installed. Roll the Speed, Size and Pressure dials all the way down to the lowest possible setting on each.

Grab the blade assembly with two fingers and pull the carriage gently all the way to the left. Behind where the carriage usually sits is a red button. Press and hold the button for three to five seconds and release.

Go back to the three dials marked Speed, Size and Pressure, and roll each one all the way up and down three or four times.

Press the Cut button, then turn off the machine. You will need to let the machine sit for 15 to 20 minutes to clear the memory.

Load a cartridge, turn the machine back on and try it out. If you are still experiencing problems, you may have a defective machine. You will need the receipt to return it to the manufacturer.

I had the same problem with my cricut expression. Provocraft replaced it for me with no problems at all.
