Hello! It's been forever since I've been on these boards! We're having our son's first birthday in March, and we'd like to have a dump truck/construction themed birthday, since he's so into his cars and trucks. Do any carts have construction images on them like cones and what not? I know Boys will be Boys has a dump truck.
Thanks!

K I hope this works ....I need to learn these things. I have to link you to my fb as I am not sure how else to do this??

I used the Mickey and Friends cart(pg 125) for the dump truck invite. I put his pic in the window to make it look like he was driving. Cut the truck on 81/2x11 paper ....printed the invite from the computer. Then used the outline from the cricut to line it up and had to adjust a little. It went pretty easy once I figured out the placement. For the back the invite read HONK HONK BEEP BEEP TURNING 1 IS SUCH A TREAT!! I also used the My Community cart to make signs and such. Hope this helps. We had the cake made and I used black table covers and yellow and white duck tape to make road on the table covers. Hope this gives you a little help. And that I made sense and didnt type to much...lol

This really is a cute theme party. My DD did something similar for her son's second birthday. The invitation was a dump truck and I made a banner of different vehicles and used local names for some of the trucks (see pic). I made the large banner and my DD separated it and put the trucks down lower where he could see them easier. He loved them and didn't want to take them down several weeks after his party. They were not fancy, but he loved them and that's what really mattered.

I'm highly interested in this theme also! Since there are already disney products, is there any chance you will be adding Bob the Builder anytime soon?

Disney/Pixar cars has lots of race cars, caution cones, road signs, roads, and a stop light. Boys will be boys, Beep Beep lite, My Community, Paper Dolls, Pop-Up Neighborhood all have a variety of trucks.

There is a construction worker on Everyday Paper Dolls

If you made him large enough you could do "pin the hardhat on the construction worker" for a game
