I just purchased this cartridge and when I go to link it to my gypsy or use it in my Cricut Imagine it tells me I need to update them in order to get the cartridge to work. I have the most recent update on both machines. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I am doing wrong? I have tried to reload the cartridges in the Cricut Sync troubleshooter but it does not help. Any ideas?

Contact Provo Craft. I've had to contact them about 5 of my carts that won't sync and they were extremely helpful.
