Hi Everyone!

I just received an e-mail about the CCR and testing etc... I downloaded to my computer, I have the little icon on my desktop, I try to log in and it doesn't recognize my username and password. Then I come some sort of bridge error. Not even sure what that is.

Did I miss something when installing.

Thanks for the help

Do you get Invalid ID, or something along those lines? You may need to reset your password. Your username is the same e-mail address you use to log in to Cricut.com. If you are positive you have the correct username and password and still get bridge errors, see if any of the below suggestions apply. What Cricut machine are you using?

(1) Make sure you are not running Cricut Sync or Cricut Design Studio while using Craft Room.
(2) Close other files or programs before opening Craft Room
(3) Avoid opening other files or programs when you are using Craft Room.
(4) Check that you have a good internet connection
(5) When you open the desktop app, wait a few seconds before clicking log in. Also, only click log in once. It may takes several seconds for the log in to complete.
(6) Being able to consistently replicate a problem with a step by step instruction is VERY useful to us in getting the issue resolved. If you find a step by step way to consistently cause a Bridge Error, please contact me via a PM.

Thank you for your response. The next time I logged on (doing it the same way as I did the first time) I was able to log on, so I don't know what the actual problem was, but it works now.

Thanks!
