I have used CCR several times now and I can't seem to figure out how to unload mat oncve my design has finished cutting.
Can someone please tell me how to unload the mat. It just doesn't seem right to just pull it out. Thanks in advance for you help.

I use the Expression and E2, my mats just pop out of the machine when finished cutting. I've never had to pull it out manually. Sorry I really can't help. Did you call PC? Maybe it's your machine or if there is a quick fix.

Best, Mary

Which machine are you using? With the E2 you need to press the unload button on the E2 screen.

All the others automatically unload when they finish cutting. (I don't know about the mini as I don't have one of those.)

Well, I am feeling really dumb. I did push the unload on my E2 and it worked fine. Thanks for your response.
