Hi there,
You will initially be charged for shipping, but it will be refunded on your card if you purchase the Circle through Rewards.

If you purchase something else on Rewards with your Circle membership, it will charge you shipping for that item--in which case, you will not be refunded.

If you are having any problems purchasing a Circle membership through rewards, please contact our customer service department at 877-7CRICUT.

I completed the checkout process as instructed, and even closed and reopened my browser, and logged out and logged back in... and still no Circle board for me. What gives?

I am also having a problem getting into the Circle board, too. I have done everything else as mentioned and gotten confirmation about the Circle membership through email, but I can't seem to get into the Circle board. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

I completed the process August 2 but cannot access the Circle board. I have received an email that my order has been refunded.

exactly what has happened to me - no access to circle MB - my account shows all my circle billing info - but I still can't get in!!!

Thanks PC for offering circle membership using our reward points. A real plus for your most loyal PC product customers.

What I don't understand is why PC has set up such a complicated signup process. At the time of "purchasing" we agreed to signing up. Seems to me all PC needed to do is confirm our membership via and email giving us the "CODE". What am I missing?

PS: I signed up Aug 2nd or 3rd and still have not received an email. I would have thought the email would have been set up to automatically send you one immediately after the order was placed.

I talked to customer service via cricut.com on live chat yesterday - it shows I am a circle member on rewards - but still no access to MB. She told me it would take 24 hours so that time was up yesterday evening. So this am - still nothing! I am going to try again later I guess Glare

You're not the only one, I signed up over 2 days ago, I believe it was on Wed night (could have been very early on Thursday morning) and I still haven't been able to get in. Just waiting. :)

Still no circle for me either!! I guess I will have to wait until Monday and hopefully we will all be able to use the MB again!!!

I followed all the steps you showed but it appears to have now changed my credit card the 79 dollars and my points are gone. what do we do?? I wil call PC tomorrow

I used my rewards and ordered my membership in early August. I have still not received an email with a code. I have contacted support and been told to enter my code but I have none. My points have been deducted. It says I am a member and I received my postage refund but still no cartridge or access to the circle. I am getting tired of not having anyone follow all the way through on this one. It seems like it should have been a much simpler process.

I still have not heard nothing from them. They took the points off right away and took the $3.00 off of my card. And that is it. No circle message board :-(

I ordered it at the beginning of August!

Entered the link and then the code - and then I'm asked for $79.99!!!! The 3000 rewards points have been taken already from my rewards account

Well, I did it. I used my points for a circle membership because I wanted the Something to Remember cart. I did that last friday. Now I guess I'll have to wait for an email with some kind of code. I don't have a circle by my name yet.
