Cursing I have had an account for months with no problems, now I rtry to log in an all I get is its initializing the craftroom. We uninstalled it and now it wont even download. Help I have a million projects to get done[ Glare

It states thaT THE INSTALLER IS DAMAGED. ANYBODY?

I would suggest uninstalling CCR and Adobe Air from your control panel.

Then download and install Adobe Air - http://get.adobe.com/air/

Once that is installed download and install CCR again. http://www.cricut.com/craftroom

did uninstalling and re installing in the order given help? I have the same issue??

Hello,
I uninstalled and re installed in the order stated and from the sites stated above. I still cannot get past the error: Failed to install driver software (error: 3221225477).

I also turned off my virus control before all the download and still cant get it to go.

I have tried 4 times to update the firmware in my Expression.......removed Adobe Air and the craft room....reinstalled and the same problem........i'm about ready to throw this damn machine out the window.......

You might want to give customer service a call. They'll be able to walk you through some troubleshooting.
