I hope someone can help me. I've been trying several times today to update my Expression (not the Expression 2). My Gypsy is up to date with CricutSync. I went to cut something and when I go to load the mat it says that communication has been lost. I tried turning the Expression off and back on and still no communication. I click okay to update and the Gypsy told me that my Expression needed updating. It did the first update fine. It gets to the end of the second update and I get a screen on the Gypsy that says:

The upgrade did not complete. Gypsy updating your Cricut?

I have tried letting it go through the second update several times and it will not complete. I tried cancelling and get as far as loading the mat again.

My expression version is: V2.43.

Any suggestions?

Marcia- I can suggest calling our customer care center at 877-7cricut. We can help troubleshoot your connectivity issues.
