I knew I shouldn't have updated with the newest update. I never had issues with CCR and now I can't get it to open and I have a baby book that I am trying to finish that I need the program for a crop I am going to tomorrow!!!!

How can I reinstall the previous version?

Just a couple suggestions....you could do a Restore....restore to a date before you updated....OR do you by chance have AVAST antivirus software?? If so, you have to disable it in order for CCR to open....then once it's open, you can enable it. Hope you get it working. Luckily my update yesterday didn't cause me any issues....for a change! :)

Thanks, no I don't have Avast, but I will try to disable my Norton and see if that helps. I have been reading everyone's posts and have tried everything that everyone has suggested. I also did do a "restore" an unfortunately that did not help either. Crying

Just got off the phone with PC customer service. Only took a 10mnt phone call to a very, very nice person and with a few tweeks to Norton I am up and running again!

Do you remember what the tweeks were? It could help someone else with Norton who is having the same problem. Smile
