Have you installed Cricut Sync on your Mac?

THANK YOU FOR THIS LINK! :) I just hooked up my Cricut Expression 2 for the first time after buying it a year ago, and I'm having SO much difficulty with getting started. This is the first that my mac has recognized there's a Cricut attached (after 2 days of Googling/changing cables/re-re-re-downloading software). Now I just cross my fingers that it will connect to Cricut to download images from the subscription I purchased yesterday (and then hopefully cuts). :) Thank you again!! I feel better that my machine is at least recognized!! :D

What message are you getting? What OS are you using? Which Browser?

At this time, Cricut Craft Room and Cricut Sync are not compatible with MAC 10.9. We are working on getting this issue resolved. I am sorry for any inconvenience that that this has caused you.
