HELP! Newbie here.. If I go and buy a digital cartridge will that work to any laptop I use? I just login, plug in my cricut machine and it's ready to use anywhere?

I also read, some people lose digital carts, if that happens do I need to BUY it again? I need to know if its worth buying digital cartridges.

Thank you!!!!Blushing

When you buy a digital cart, it is stored in your cricut.com account and you can access from any computer that has CCR downloaded on it. HOWEVER, your CCR account can only have 2 computers that it will cut from. So you can design on any computer with CCR, but only cut from two computers.

The only digital images I've heard of people say they "lost" were the free "try it for a week" ones that PC gives. After the week, the images are no longer free and if anyone wants to use them, then you would have to buy them.

If you ever purchased a digital image(s) and it was lost from your CCR account, I bet a call to CS could restore it.
