My computer does not recognize my cricut E2 as being connected no matter what I do. Right now my computer doesn't recognize the driver. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling cricut craft room and the epressions 2 drive but it doesn't seem to matter. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello Aimee-
There are lots of reasons why the computer may not recognize your Expression 2 and the drivers. I wopuld be best if you called customer service at 877-7cricut. We would need to know what type of comuter you are using, what operating system you have, if Adobe Air is properly installed, and several other peices of information. It could be something simple like needing a new USB cord! Give us a call, we can certainly assist you!
