Haven't updated my Gypsy for over a year. Downloaded Sync program and getting this error message. Tried to restart computer and still getting error. Sync program starts and shows "initazling sync" and then error pops up. Anyone know how to fix this?

I forgot to add that I also uninstalled the sync program and reinstalled it, but still getting this error message.

This appears to be almost nearly the issue I was having. Are you using Nortons Antivirus? If so, you need to exclude Cricut Sync from scans.

I am having the sa,e issues, I have norton 360 and have done all the exclusions & still not working any one have any fresh ideas please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Tracy and Lorraine...I also had the same problem. It turned out that even though I had re-checked my settings, it was my Norton Anti Virus and we just needed to do a slight adjustment. I contacted support at Provocraft and they were so helpful. Pam Welch telephoned me back and we fixed the problem in a few minutes. My advice to you is to contact Support at Provocraft..Lorraine as you are in Australia like me you can email them at isupport@provocraft.com or Tracy in the U.S. support@provocraft.com
I am so happy with the service Provocraft has given me. Dont worry..your problem is easily fixed. Good luck..Sue
