I posted in this link https://www.cricut.com/f...driver-installation.aspx but was told that would be the correct forum, so I wonder if anyone can help me.

- How to connecting the PC to the Cricut?
- Can I make drawings that are not in the cartridges through SVG files?

Thanks and sorry for the double post

Hello! The Cricut Cake can be connected to the computer, there is a USB connection right next to the power port on the back of the Cricut. You can use the Cricut Craft Room design program to design and cut.

The Cricut is a cartridge based machine and will only cut images from our cartridges. You can not import SVG files in to cut.

I hope this answers your questions!
