Just set up my new machine and I am having a problem with cutting. As the blade goes across the page to begin cutting it scores a line through the paper. Crying

Have you connected it to Cricut Sync yet and updated it?

I just bought the expressions 2 machine and I did download the latest update, but I am also getting that straight cut line across the top of my images.

I'd give PC customer service a call. It could be the blade housing itself which is replaceable. Smile

I've had my Cricut since Christmas. I loved my personal cricut so much I decided to upgrade. Boy, am I ever sorry I did....I hate the E2. I have replaced the blade. I have tried 8 million different combinations of settings. I have synced and resynced. I have spent a fortune in paper. It still tears the paper and/or doesn't cut through. On top of that, the speed is now backwards. What a mess. And what a disappointment. Selling everything!
