That's GREAT! And such a sweet hubby you have! ThumpUp

I have been wanting to do something similar to what you are doing, except I want to give the cards to the people at the nursing home my MIL works at. Only reason I don't is because of my health. ThumbDown Maybe soon though, I can start making more cards. Right now I really struggle to feel up to making anything. Heck I'm still working on Christmas presents from 2012. LOL

What a wonderful way to share the talents God gave you by blessing others! I think it is a wonderful idea. So many of our seniors are practically shut ins, with no one to bring them joy or friendship. I am certain your lovely gesture will be greatly appreciated. I, too, have a wonderfully supportive husband....very, very blessed are we! GG

It's a wonderful idea !

My plan is to make cards for my local Vet and Animal Shelter. I have tons of dog, cat, bird stamps. Some are sad and some are happy. That's the way it is with everything - some happy endings and some sad. But a special card at least say that someone cares.

Of course, I've had this "plan" for about 2 years now, and nothing has gotten started. I think this summer is shaping up though.

thank you all for reading and the reason i am doing this is because we are a small town and there isn't much here and i have to travel 53 miles to the nearest joanns and they don't carry much lol,, also our seniors don't have a senior center or nursing home so they don't get out much
if anybody knows where online i can get paper or anything cheap please let me know there are still a few things i need to find
thanks for reading
