Hint, if you archive the pm it will be easy to find when you need the address.

Partners! Yahoo!

Hi to my new partner Lori!

I almost think we've never even been in a swap together before or very few, let alone be partners!

I found your post describing what you'd like:

I would like a nautical/ocean theme with a vintage feel.

I love earth tone colors, blue. I like feminine as opposed to girly, but does not have to be feminine. I can do cutesy but please no cutesy for me. Thank you!

I will see what I can dream up for you!

I don't even recall what I asked for but I'm pretty happy with most anything - so whatever interests you most or you are comfortable with!

Sending you a PM with my addy too.

Hi Jessie,
Glad to be partnered with you,
don't you have any fav colors or themes at all?
Or do you want me to just create?
Hope everyone had a pleasant Easter, ours was beautiful,
but I will admit I was exhausted by the time they all left.BigGrin
But it was a happy exhausted.

Re bristles, down is fine unless you have some really creative idea for using them
up, if so then go for it!

Hi COB! my style is more towards the vintage/grunge look so anything along those lines works for me :)

Do you have any preference in regards to colors?

I had the Razor and did not like it. I found it not user friendly. My sister has a galaxy but I am not sure which one. She loves it and I had fun playing around with it.

Questions for you: any color preference for you? I know you are giving me free reign but is there anything you wouldn't like - just to narrow it down a bit. I want you to like what you get and I don't want to go too far out for you. Smile

We are an iPhone family. Get the 4s or the new 5. DD just got the 5. We like it as we can FaceTime and DH likes using Siri. If you have Verizon, check into the family share plan.

Thanks for the phone input! I passed it on to my DH to help him make a decision.

I just don't like having black as a major color component. I'm fine with it as highlighting, shadows, etc. but not just major black all over a project. I'd rather see pretty colors....

I'm like you...I like blues as in beach and ocean colors. But then I like vintage too. I like spring flower colors and then I like bright colors for summer fun. I am not zoned in on one color combo at all. I just like to be able to see pretty colors combos or something interesting and quality workmanship.

I don't care much for brown grunge, but I like grunge with a splash of color thrown in there.
Vintage leans toward brick red, sage green... Shabby Chic is very pretty too.

I do have the perfect place to display an altered brush in my kitchen and my kitchen is soft yellow, brick red and some sage green...the border along the chair rail has apples in it...but not bright red traditional looking apples but rather the brick red and sage green leaves, gold accents.

Or if it is not themed in a way that looks appropriate in my kitchen, then I would display it in my craft room and really anything would go in there as it's a room for my collection of crafts. Walls are neutral light tan.

I just want something cool to hang and display and to look at it and say "how cool is that -- to alter a paint brush!!"

Make sense?
