If you go to My Profile and then Edit Profile and then type in the Display Name As {or similar wording} box whatever you want your MB name to be and scroll all the way to the bottom and click SAVE, it should change it.

I have tried that.... more than once. It just seems to freeze and not do anything when I hit save. It has never really bothered me enough to contact them about it.

I guess it's a good thing I am old! HAHAHAHA!!!! Flapper

I have tried to go in and change a bit on my username, and I can't get it to change. I wanted to capitalize the JOY, but it won't work.

Here's one more thing that might be affecting it. . .the internet browser you are using. I use Chrome on my desktop and have no problems. Was on my son's laptop and he prefers Firefox and couldn't change it {or get the DS link or sign into rewards}.

Maybe try a different browser and see if that works. Huh
