I'm having trouble accessing the rewards center. I log in and click on rewards and all that comes up is a runtime error. Tried calling support and press the appropriate number and it just keeps giving me the message on what number to press for what I need. Never goes to anyone. What the heck is going on?

Hi!! I just went to Rewards and it loaded up just fine for me. Maybe you might need to clear your cookies on your computer and/or do defragment of your disk drive?

Hope you can access it soon.

Good luck!!

Do you have Windows 8? I cannot access Rewards since I got a new laptop with Windows 8, but I can get on with my DH's laptop which has Windows 7. Just a thought.Smile

MerriJones... have you changed your compatibility mode to windows 7? That might help you to be able to view Rewards again on your new laptop.

I'm not totally sure, as I still have Windows Vista.

Are you going direct to cricut.com and clicking on REWARDS at the top of their homepage? OR, are you clicking on a FAVORITES link and/or some other link that might be old and broken? I would go direct to cricut.com and go in directly on that homepage.

On that note, if you are using Windows 8, go up to TOOLS when you're on the internet and click on COMPATABILITY VIEW. Maybe that will help, also.

Jooniper - sorry, I saw your post after I made mine. Same info....little different version! LOL.

Hopefully, something here will help!
