The 2 $5 DCWV paper pads I got on Sunday are actually very nice!! I could not really see them while we were in the store, because they were still taped shut.

But the French Country one is very pretty!! I can't wait until I come up with an idea for it.

And I got La Bella Rouge stack, that I had seen a few months back, but did not buy it. Now I have it!! It is pretty as well!!

They were so worth their $5. Wink Wub

I'm sorry Scrappy_Vee. Sad I normally do not buy DCWV pads, because I do not want to spend the money on them. I never seem to use a complete pad. Only pad I used most of the paper in was the Black Currant and I did like 4 projects with it and still have about 8 sheets left. But I did buy another Black Currant pad last year because it seems to work well for most of the people I make stuff for like my daughter and my nieces. and it is just pretty paper all around.

I love DCWV!!! Because I pay so much for my stacks, I use every last scrap. I make embellishments or cut / punch shapes for the kids classrooms with the smallish bits.

The Black Currant stack is amazing, although I have never found it in New Zealand. I can order it from Amazon and then pay 4 times the price to have it posted LOL LOL

Faith Abigail has made some amazing pages using that stack.

That's a lovely thought Scrapalette. Thank you. Sadly, the postage to New Zealand doesn't make the discount worth while.

I am currently putting money aside so I can go onto Amazon and order several Cricut Carts and a ton of new stacks. That way the postage cost might not seem so bad.

The sole NZ importer of Cricut is now the sole importer of DCWV. They keep very limited stock and do not take customer orders.

My nearest Michael's is over an hour away. It just so happened that on Sunday we were within 25 miles of a Michael's when we were on vacation. So, he took me there. I never get in on the good deals, but I did Sunday!

Oh they only had a few of each of those 2. They had mostly the high school and the school chalkboard paper, and a couple of others.

You're going to Mania!!! Lucky thing. Love

Hope you guys have a blast and maybe even get a little crafting done BigGrin

My Mum lives in Bowral, NSW and she found a paper stack on clearance at Spotlight for $10. She then paid an extra $19 to post it to me in Wellington, NZ LOL LOL

Thanks for the kind offer. I'm not short on paper however. But a $5 stack!!!! Perhaps it's a good thing that I don't have a Michaels Drool

I will be in Sydney & Brissy later this year. I will contact you first and you can give me a heads up on the best places to buy crafty goodies. It's been 10 years since I moved to NZ. I expect to find the shopping in Oz somewhat changed Smile
