I am trying to purchase digital cartridges for a project I MUST finish tonight. I have tried multiple credit cards, but I keep getting "Payment Declined". Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

It has happen to me a couple of times Huh it was during the day so I called my CC company, and they told me there was nothing wrong plus they didn't know how something was declined if Cricut didn't put the charge in. It was a glitch on the Cricut side Cool

This has also happened to me today. I have been trying to order a gypsy repair since this afternoon (since my gypsy usb broke today...ugh!!) and I have had "payment declined" also.
I called my credit card company and they said the charge has not been declined on their end, to check with the merchant. The Cricut lady said she saw where it was declined, she suggested that it could be because I typed my name and address info in all lower case letters... that was not it. I have tried 3 different cards several times, no luck.
Good luck and good night to all!!

Same thing happened to me in trying to purchase the Express Turnaround for the Black Screen/Blue Light Gypsy issue. I, too, contacted my credit card company and they confirmed there should not have been an issue. Since it is after hours, I sent an email to PC Customer Service. Have my fingers crossed that they will get back with me in the morning. Hate to say this, but I was almost relieved to see that I wasn't the only one this was happening to Confused

If you are using cricut.com credit as part of your payment make sure you specify how much of the credit to apply to the purchase. Otherwise the system may think that you are trying to use credit for the entire purchase and if it isn't enough, then it will be declined. Even if you are not spending all of your credit you need to specify how much credit to use on the purchase. This has worked for me in the past.

I just completed an Online Chat with cricut.com asking about the Payment Declined message I received last night and was told to process my order again. I did and it went through -- YAY!!!! Can't wait for my beloved Gypsy to be repaired. SO HAPPY this is an option, even for a price.

I just purchased two digital cartridges using my two different credits that I had ($50 $ $20). I put the credits in first, then I typed in my credit card info for the remaining $1.98 and everything worked fine.
