I've had this problem for the longest time so I've been using my G, but I love the size of my computer screen so much more.

I have all the right updated drivers, but for some reason I CANNOT get my Imagine to cut from ccr. So then I tried to cut from my E. & for some reason ccr thought it was the "baby" & said my mat size was wrong.

I got what I wanted to print (like always on my I) but it will not cut, it acts like it's going to then it stops & spits the mat back out at me.

Anyone know a fix for this problem??

TIA

It's nothing you're doing wrong Mandy. CCR and the Imagine just don't play nicely together.

My Imagine works fine with CCR! I had a point that it did not & had to revert back to an earlier version of CCR & it worked. There was an update that fixed that & it still didn't want to work. I finally deleted the drivers for my I & reinstalled them & made sure everything was current & it works like a charm!

Did you go to the left side menus to tell CCR you were using the correct machine? Click on the MACHINES AND MAT tab on the left menus.
