Confused Hi, I'm new to using the Cricut. I purchased a digital cartridge and I'm trying to access the craft room to use the creative tools there. I cannot figure out how to access the work project screen to get started and find the cartridge I just purchased. To top it off there is no help support on weekends.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to access Craft Room and I keep getting a error
that I'm not connect to the net! But I'm on a message board
typing this message so I'm on the net. I'm using a wireless connect
that has all the bar lite so what's may trouble. As much as I have
spent with the bug you would think.... Crying Angry Glare Mad Cursing Confused

mriser74c0b445 I am having the same problem- just downloaded the software and working my way through the set-up and it's telling me to log in but I'm not connected to the internet which I clearly am. Did you figure this out?

•512MB of RAM (1GB recommended)
•Available USB Port

Mac OS
•Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor
•Mac OS X v10.5, v10.6, v10.7
•512MB of RAM (1GB recommended)
•Available USB Port

•Minimum 1024 x 768 screen resolution

•Internet Explorer 9.0, Firefox, Safari
•Flash 10.3 and up

Does this mean it won't work with Windows 8?

It works with windows 8, you just have to run it at windows 7 compatibility mode {and usually as an administrator}. Call PC and they will help you get it installed.
