I purchased a digital cartridge a couple of days ago and cannot access the craft room. The PDF is in my receipt. When I click on it, it opens but I can't do anything with it. How do I get the cartridge and how do I get into the craft room to work on a project? I have downloaded it and all I get is a fancy blank screen. Still frustrated and hoping for some answers. Thanks.

Did you download Craft Room onto your computer? If you haven't, click on the tab that says Craft Room and it will take you to the page. Just download the PC or Mac version, whichever applies to you, and follow the steps. I love playing in the craft room. Good luck!!

I have the same problem....I have Craft Room on my computer and enjoy it. This was my first digital cart purchase and I also have a receipt and the PDF but the cart does not show up on CCR. How do I fix this??

If you have logged out of CCR and back in again after the purchase and the digital cart isn't showing under My Carts, call CS and they can help you.

Hello all! Please also make sure that you have purchased the Images under the same account that your Craft Room account is in. Please call customer service if you are still having a difficult time finding your images. We can easily assist you!
