Holy Cow....a week alone, uninterrupted? Sounds like heaven to me....lots of book reading, movie watching and a lot of scrapping and nap taking!

Heck yeah! Throw in a movie or put on some music. Call your friend and put her on speaker. Then, you can still scrap together (when she's at home, anyway).

Actually Skype her. My sister and I do that sometimes and have coffee...we live 3000 miles apart. Works for me.

Take advantage of the peace and quiet.

I'm sorry your week isn't going to go as you had planned. I know it's upsetting. However, I would take advantage of the time alone. I get the bed all to myself... no "blanket hog" (the nickname I gave my hubby) to steal the covers in the middle of the night. I can get up when I want to.. no dog waking me up at 4am to go outside.. or the alarm waking me up again at 6am because kids have school. I can eat lasagna for breakfast and cereal for dinner if I so choose without anyone looking cross-eyed at me. I can scrap to my hearts content and the only time I break away from it is when I want to. I can keep in touch with the outside world if I choose to... but I probably wouldn't.Tongue

Wow! A week all to myself to do the things that I want to do sounds pretty good to me.

I'm only about 30 minutes away--how about lunch! I don't know of any crops, but I do know of a couple of scrapbook stores that aren't too far away.

Anyone know of crops going on there? I had hip surgery recently, so a lot of walking isn't on my agenda and don't want to get bored.

When are you going to be in Nashville? I'm going to be there for a good friend's daughter's graduation soon.

Beachbaylee, lunch sounds great! I'm staying at the Wyndam Nashville Resort, so if you'd like to scrap, you're welcome to.
