So I was trying out my new E2 this evening, and this is the second time I have used it on it owns and not connected to CCR.

I have not had any problems cutting with CCR but I wanted to cut straight from the machine this evening.

I had my Art Deco cart in and I was cutting one of the tile pieces I guess you would call it. I had set my machine to cut it at 5.25, and away it cut. When I unloaded the mat is when I saw the problem. The machine had cut off of the mat.

The top portion of one of the pieces it had completely cut off, and instead cut into the green edging of the mat. What can I do about this? Is it possible that I just didn't get the mat loaded properly?

Hello! There are a couple reasons this could happen. One reason is that the mat did not properly load into the machine. Also, the machine may need an update through cricut Sync. If you need additional help please call 877-7cricut. We would be happy to assist you!
