Mellow I have been having problems with my Cricut cutting through all paper types despite increasing depth, changing the blade and increasing the pressure. I then looked online and found the "arm buoyancy test" and my machine failed. It sticks about 75% of the time when I push down on it-certianly doesn't "bounce". And when I hold down on the black blade housing arm, it cuts perfectly. The solution on the Cricut website is to "buy a new machine." However, while my machine isn't exactly new, I have only used it a handful of times in the 3 years I have owned it so to simply buy a new one seems outrageous. Isn't there someway to fix this?? Any suggestions?? Thanks!
