Is anyone else having this problem?

One of the rubber rollers (the right one) is slowly moving into the middle of the rod as it is rolling the mat in to cut. Because of this, the mat slightly shifts and ends up crooked by the middle of the cutting. The side of my mats are now starting to warp up. This is causing my cuts to not come out neat. Cuts are bunching and paper is ripping. This is also causing the paper to really still on the mat on the side because the roller ends up rolling over it. I've tried sliding it back in place, but it's very tight. Once I get it done, it just moves right back. VERY frustrating because I've begun using my mini much more. I have an Expression but I love the ease and convenience of the mini. HELP!!!
