Hi there,
I'm excited to be doing my first project - some Kraft card place name tags for my wedding - but have come up against a problem. The blade has linked between some of the tags, meaning that some are unusable. I need to cut out the same sheet several times to get 70 tags, so I need to figure out out how to fix it. Any ideas? Image is attached. Thanks in advance for your help!

You might have a couple issues going on.

The first thing I do when this happens is take the blade housing out of the holder and take the blade out of the housing. take a can of air and blow into the housing, then put the blade back into the housing and place the housing back in the holder in the machine.

The second thing I found that really works good is when placing the paper on the mat I take my bone folder and use it to secure the paper to the mat. it the paper is raised off the mat in the littlest spot it will catch on the blade as it is moving over the mat.
