Pics of Scrapypiggy's plate with lots of envelopes to further the Asian theme, TADA -

The key as the geisha is so creative . The details of the fan and hair are beautiful. And my favorite graphic 45, Bird Song. Thank you Deanna, you nailed it. Now what did you use to make her hair.

Recieved my switch plate and key today from KauiMelody. Is perfect for me and will fit into my craftroom nicely.

Not sure if the key was supposed to be glued to the switch plate since there is dried glue on the back of it but was not attached when I opened the box.

But love them both.

No DIBBS - (sorry sis you can not have it).

the hair is small wooden dowls with embroderary floss wrapped aroung them. Was not sure if it was going to work because my fingers kept sticking to the glue also.
Took about 4 tries to get it to work.

The hair caught my eye right away, cause it was in rolls, and never had seen that before. Going to craftlift this technique for sure. The key was placed on a diagonal across the plate, and it was a little tricky to keep it clear of the switch opening. I am disappointed that I didn't use my 2 part epoxy as I usually do. Can I come over to your house and glue it back for you?

Received my gorgeous switch plate cover and key from Candy yesterday, but due to issues with the rain (2.1 inches here) did not get my mail till today. I took pictures and when I hook up my card reader later I will post them. I love it Candy. We did have 2 minor calamities, both butterflies were off. I have the one from the switch plate cover, but the smaller one went under the couch and will be retrieved shorty. My DH decided it is going near the front door, because it is too pretty to hide in an alcove.....

The Butterfly is fine. I glued her back on with E600. It is not too chunky and like I said DH decided where to put it, and the switch by the front door does not get used much, so no worries, really.
Now I am off to locate the card reader.
