a post when you ask a question on here. If customer support knew the answers maybe people wouldn't have to ask other members here. And no worries I won't order from cricut.com.

No I asked if shipping was free to Canada when you joined the circle. Tried ordering last night and it wanted to charge me shipping only gave me Fed Ex as shipping option.

I noticed your thread disappeared. The censorship in this forum is getting really bad.
I don't think they understand how much we offer our support to each other here.
I saw the other thread was locked. So you couldn't ask any further questions.
It is really sad that happened Dorthy. I hope you get your questioned answered.

If you had read what Gena posted in that thread I linked, she said that they only use fedex and it chooses their cheapest shipping method. You have to choose the cheapest fedex shipping option AND THEN it'll put a separate line-item to take out the shipping. There is no option to choose that says free shipping.

Excuse me but I did read what said and I was asking then about circle cartridge not about ordering from cricut.com like the post that disappeared. Now I recall why I took a break from this place .

scrapperdee... the first thread that got locked was about the shipping charge on the free cartridge that comes with membership. the thread that was removed after midnight last night was only a simple question asking if canadians are indeed supposed to receive free shipping on their cricut.com purchases if they are a circle member. only one reply had been made to it by rhonda i believe saying she thought so.... no reason to remove.

the problem lies in the fact that PC reps on the phone are unable to help the many of us that are having this problem and are missing out on some great deals.

I asked here for input from others who may of had the same problem. It is getting frustrating to keep calling cricut support when they are no help and don't know the answers.

Was going to ask the same thing. There was some confusion a while back about how big an order had to be to get free shipping. Not saying that is the issue here, just wondering.

Hello all. As Scrapperdee said, shipping for Canadian Circle members who's order is over $50 will receive free shipping. If there is an issue please call customer service at 877-7cricut. We will be able to assist you over the phone. Our customer service representatives are very helpful and will do their best to assist you even if it takes a little time to resolve the issue. I would also remind everyone of the Message Board Rules:

totally understand the thread locking but we have both called customer service and they cannot help :( they do not know how to correct the shipping charge . waiting for calls to be returned or emails to not be sent to us is frustrating . yes , the purchases were over 50.00 . but alas, we are unable to make purchases since we are not willing to pay the shipping. was hoping that a fellow canadian had experienced the same thing and would be able to tell us what they did for her. that's all. thanks anyway.. will impatiently await an email from CS.

The order was over $100 . And CricurGena I was asking on 2 separate shipping issuies. And I feel if support can't answer my questions they should connect me to someone else that does know the answers.

Hello again! And Good morning! The Circle Support number has limited hours. Please note that you may not be able to be connected to a representative if you use that number as opposed to the regular Support number 877-7cricut. I believe the hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 MST. (I will correct this is I find I am wrongBigGrin)Have great day!!

Edit as promised! The hours are Monday through Friday 8-4 MST!

They are terrible about this. Numerous times I have been told by a rep that they do not know how to fix something. That is fine. Connect me to someone who does. That is how every other customer service line I have ever used has worked. Cricut's standard "someone will contact you within 72 hours" and then nobody contacts you is a huge customer service fail.
