Excited for the trays Caffinee and Gwynne.

Beanie and Caffinee.....not much crafting is getting done tonight.....at least not until it cools down a little. Yikes....cooler weather is coming thank goodness. So I am sitting on the couch hot thinking I should go upstairs and take a cold shower....ugh a wall of heat hits you as you are going up the stairs. Time for plan B....we ended up playing in the hose. Here is a 40 something old woman who is ummmm fluffy playing in the hose in her work clothes. LOL what a layout that would have been.LOL LOL LOL LOL

Now you know why I was so whiny last week!LOL LOL Got my a/c in Sunday but it was amidst more unexpected ridiculousness and now that I feel like crafting because I'm not melting, I can't cuz' the week's gone to H*ll and my craft room got trashed in the crazy. I thought I could craft on the 4th but now family has invited themselves over for the day. I really just want to find a cave and sleep. No relief from the heat for us in the foreseeable future, hope it gets better at everyone else's house.

JCI -- the end is nearing and I can't believe the time has flown so. It is absolutely amazing that I look at this project and think where has the time gone? The summer has been hot so far but I have been able to craft and keep busy and do some things I needed to do. I am glad for that. Now, it's time to get my package ready for mailing but still have just a few touch ups and then I'll get it out for mailing.

It is going to be a busy weekend. So I did check=ins a little early....

Crafty Mom of 2 and Rockin Robin if you can check in by Monday - that would be awesome.

**** Due date is the 13th, but if you need a little grace...(as I mentioned in the opening post when we started) just let me know. I may need until the Monday the 15 just so I have that whole weekend.

I will have to post pictures of the wedding cake when done, not nearly done yet but needs to be done by tomorrowLOL

Not so - bats live in caves, just ask Debbie. If I were a heat loving bat, I'd move near her.

Siblings = not fun. I have a question for my brother about the pool but I don't even want to call him because I'm still so annoyed. Angry Cursing Glare

I may take you up on that grace period. I need to find a box. I was going to use a flat rate box, but the tray is too big for the medium and too small for the large....lol it moves too much, so DH is going to look in the attic when it gets a little cooler at night this week. He is on vacation and we are going to do day trips with the kids, although I do not know how fun it will be with a 23 year old male, 22 year old female and a 14 year year old male. Who am I kidding my boys are a blast to be with, and DH is talking about fishing and taking them to the Gun club he belongs to for a guys night out for dinner.

have a great Sunday

COB, that is a great picture! Is she the one in the front or the lower step, I guess I should say...

Denise, I had to stuff bunched up paper and bags around mine to keep it from sliding around in the box. But I know exactly what you are saying, regarding the 2 boxes....

And speaking of config. trays....I just checked DC and Kelley's passed thru Federal Way, WA this morning....so crossing my fingers that she'll get a delivery tomorrow instead of Tuesday!

But that Federal Way and I don't seem to get along too well, after how long they took to get that box on to DeniseKenna up in Alaska....so maybe I should just hope the expected delivery of Tuesday is correct and not several days past that date! I'd hate to repeat that frustration again!

I'm here. Been busy working on swaps and making cards for SU convention in 9 days. I think I'm going to need that extension...I'm adding something that needed to be painted and now I'm waiting for the paint to dry. Blushing I'll try to do a better job of checking in. BigGrin

well all I can say is that you'd best hide it or lock your doors cuz I can see a trip your way in the future.

I've seen pics of it and I love it too! Sheila would never dream of sneaking in your house...but heck, I probably would be that bold!

So watch out!

All kidding aside, Jean did a wonderful job on it for COB!

You'd better hurry up and remodel that patriotic sunroom to display it proudly!

I don't know how extraordinary it is but I so glad that you are happy with it!!!!

After going to the TH workshop and making his book, I knew that I wanted to do his configuration's tray for you. At least I had a theme to go by for yoursBigGrin
I had so much fun decorating all the different boxes with patriotic/historic themes. And then to find all the little do dads to add to each box.BigGrin BigGrin

I think this might be right up there with Silas as far as being my favorite project.

Hopefully everything stayed in place. This humidity is tough on glue!!!!

Here's the pics of the tray Jean created for me. I took pictures of some of the individual boxes too so her attention to detail would be showcased. It will be proudly displayed on the livingroom mantle until the sunroom makeover is completed. There was only casualty and I guess we can blame it on the Brits because Paul Revere's horse just wants to keep on riding...LOL
