Today I was designing with Dinosaur Tracks and creating 4 words. One of the words switched over to the reverse so instead of the outline with the letters popping out, there was just the outlines of the letters. I don't think I'm explaining this well... it was like a negative of the other words and the colors actually reversed also. is there some setting I hit by accident?

Thanks,
Lynne

Did you have your letters welded? Did they look something like this?

If so you can ungroup them, then move one of the letters slightly up or down (just press the up or down arrow on you keypad once or twice) and it should fix it. You can then group your letters again if you wish. Here's what it looks like after moving the first letter up.

Yes and no! The reversed image is what I see but not by individual letters. When I ungrouped the letters and tried to move up and down, all of the letters move together, not individually. It's so frustrating!

Maybe start over in a new file - I will get things like that happening every once in a while if I am doing a big weld or project - CCR gets a little funky and misbehaves! I will also do a fill page and it will cut all phrases except maybe 1 correctly...Cool

I'd be happy to look at the file for you if you'd like to send it to me.

In case you don't know how to do that:

Click the My Projects toolbar button in CCR
Highlight your file and click Export
Select Cricut Craft Room Project and click Begin.
Once it's exported click Save and select a destination for your file.

Then you can either email me the file (girlfromoz2009 at hotmail dot com) or you can try attaching it to your post here using the "Attach files to this post" box below the message window.

Smile
