I enjoyed working with the free cut last week, the 1st one that I had attempted but I can't 'buy' the project. I keep getting error messages, every time I try. However, if I wanted to buy the Luggage Tags, to get the one used in that weeks project, cricut.com will sell me them digitally @ $9.99 or £7.99. Luggage Tags has only 6 images, repeated in layer and shadow.

This seems a bit unfair, I have seen project downloads sold for a lot less than $9.99. I only want the one tag. I want to be able to join in the CCR experience and to enjoy it.

Please PC be a little kinder to your international users.

It would appear that even if you live in the US you cannot buy this project, it is listed as discontinued, how curious

You can't buy it because it has not been updated there. All the previous free projects have prices. It sometimes takes them a while to get the shopping area up to date. I hope they get fixed for you soon.

I get this:-

Server Error in '/shopping' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

if I login as USA the project is listed as discontinued!

I'm not sure how far you got before you got that message. I'm logged into the USA site and can get to the credit card details page. I didn't go any further than that as I don't want the cart.

Is this the US page you are at when trying to purchase? http://www.cricut.com/Shopping/...Luggage-Tags-0-2189.aspx

I can also get to the c/c page at the UK site: http://uk.cricut.com/Shopping/d...Luggage-Tags-0-5110.aspx

If they are the links you're using, you might want to try a different browser and see if you still have the same problem.

Thanks for the help Narelle,

Today I have managed to successfully purchase the project, it went through, eventually. My first digital download from PC.

I was only trying to purchase the project; I felt $9.99 for Lugagge Tags was a bit steep, when I only wanted the one tag!

Thanks again.

I had made and saved a project using the cuts from that free cut project 'Family Adventure Layout'.

The tag states its from Luggage Tags not 'Family Adventure Layout' and say that I need to insert the missing cartridge. I might have to start the project again and see if things change. It took a little while, so not impressed. It is probably something that I have done wrong.

Make sure you are using the image from your Family Adventure LO set and not the image from the Luggage Tags set when you place the image on the mat.

I purchased the individual cat from Movable Monsters set and when I was designing my project, I inadvertently placed the cat from the entire set on my mat {and not the individual cat image} and it would not cut.

I have spent the last hour redoing the project that I made and saved during free cut week, (I have only just been able to purchase the project). CCR stated it needed the missing 'Luggage Tags' cartridge, before it would cut. Now, having updated and reset itself, it is happy to cut the original project that I made and saved Laugh Laugh Laugh

In some ways I am so glad but I am a little frustrated that the purchase/download wasn't recognized earlier. What a way to spend an afternoon!
