I have had my Design Studio for at least 3 years and I was only able to us it very early on. My computers will not recognize that the usb cable is connected. I have tried other cables and 2 different computers, but nothing works. I didn't have a lot of time to do anything about it although I have contacted for support several times. Nothing worked. I am retired now and would love to be able to use it. I know it's out of warranty, but there should be records of my contact with them. I really dislike spending money on something and not being able to use it. It is clear that I am not the only one with DS issues.

I have tired updating firmware and it won't update. I have been working on this for 2 full days and I'm frazzled and at my wits end.
