At a particular store and I do not have to say which but they have a pink E and so silly me asked how much- did you say $199- no, how about $299-- no ha ha, did I hear $399? BINGO! I was told that is what the manager says it goes for. REALLY? I said that is not the original price and I quoted what you can get it here for. The one clerk said that is what many people have said to them- so many have asked about buying it but no one has- wonder why? Well it wasn't me either. I said you won't sell it for that. The stores never seem to surprise me but this one did. BJR.RollEyes

When they first came out that is what the price was for it. I bought one for my Pastor's wife who was a breast cancer survivor. I know it was a lot of money, but at the time the regular ones were also selling for around 299.00 or so. This was when they first were released and not so plentiful in the market. It took awhile for them to be marked lower.

I just got another one for our new Pastor's wife and paid 150.00 for it with a cricut.com sale and my circle discount. You can find a pink E, but you have to really look hard for them at a good price. I have an extra back up one for me that I paid 179.00 for from cricut.com I think with the current sale they are showing 159.99 at cricut.com

I love the machine and the cartridges that it comes with.

All the colored E's light up in a color similar to the machine. I LOVE my pink E...but that red one, with the red buttons was really pretty!Love BigGrin
