Im so frustrated right now... My mini is not cutting correctly. When I try to cut any shape it never connects at its start end points. ie: if I cut a square... it will begin the cut in the middle of the left side and connect to end at that same point... well mine is connecting to end just to the right by about 1mm. Which means everything is not cut completely and I am so frustrated because I have to fix the misalignment with scissors every time. Someone please help!

Hi Amanda, I had the exact same problem. I called customer service and they are sending me a new blade assembly. If that doesn't work, they will exchange the Mini. I'm worried though that this seems to be a common problem, maybe(?). Was the situation resolved for you? If so, how?

I wonder, have any other mini users experienced this, and if so, how was it fixed?

I've waited a long time to splurge on my Cricut and am sad that on my first project I ran into a problem.Sad

I received my Cricut Mini Monday before Christmas and did not try to set it up until Boxing Day.

Disappointment. The set up seemed to go OK but it will not allow the card to feed through the machine and the power button is flashing red all the time.

At this stage I do not know if it will cut correctly as I cannot feed the paper through.

I have had the same problems since the beginning. It does not cut as it should.
And I have also other problem. I cannot order from cricut eu with my credit card.
Just from us cricut I can order the digital cartridges, not anything else, because I dont live in USA.
I am about frustrated about all this; using scissors every thime and if I cut very detailsed cuts, it do not cut it properly..

Now I ordered from Hong Kong new blades (they are much cheaper there) and from UK the new mats.
