Maybe someone can help me with this, although I have read varied posts regarding support for this device as of recent times...I purchased my Gypsy as a new machine and at the time there was a promotion if you registered the machine you received 4 promotional downloads from Provocraft-Indie Art, Blackletter, Christmas, and Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More. After several attempts to wait for these to sync, I had to call customer service and the person that answered my call happened to be the one that handled this promo and they synced with my machine. Fast forward to now and I recently synced with CCR. Needless to say, these cartridges have VANISHED from my Gypsy...nowhere to be found and not even listed with my cartridge list on the cricut website. Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone shed light on this matter? Thanks in advance!Confused

I've read other posts about this happening and I think it's the CCR sync doing it. I don't have those carts (missed them by 2 weeks!) but I think if you connect your Gypsy to your computer and run Cricut Sync (like you were updating content on it), you MAY get them back. Even if there is no new update, you should get a message that says Digital rights have been granted or something like that. If it doesn't work, contact support and they should be able to help.

Try to resync with CricutSync, not CCR.

Thanks Nana! I originally did that then synced some new cartridges with CCR and they disappeared again...I went back to CricutSync and they reappeared....good thing I really don't use CCR as this is annoying Mellow Thanks again for your commentary.
