I have tried to update my Gypsy and my laptop will not detect it...ports on my laptop are good...could it be the port on the gypsy that is bad or something I am doing wrong? Thank you!!!!

Hello! There are several things that could be happening. These include a bad cord, a bad port, antivirus blocking the program and machine from working, and other computer issues. For best results please call customer service at 877-7cricut. We can assist you over the phone.
