Hi all and thanks for any help you can give me.

My main concern is as follows: I updated my Cricut Craft Room (CCR) today and also Cricut Sync. I saw that PC finally allows us to sync Gypsy linked cartridges to CCR and CCR to Gypsy. So I did the down link sync and up link syncs. Then I did a card design taken completely from the Just A Note cart, a linked cartridge thus it should cut. Everything went great until I tried to send the project to my Gypsy which I would then take to my craft room and cut out on my Expression 2. I can't find any way to send my project to my Gypsy for

Things I've tried.
1. Re-syncing my Gypsy up and down.
2. Saving the project with a *.gypsy extension and then re-synching my Gypsy up and down again.
3. Reading numerous forum posts. These primarily focused on synching Gypsies with linked carts to CCR so the carts would be available in both places. This isn't my problem. I can see that the very few carts I'd linked to Gypsy did, indeed, appear in CCR. What I want to be able to do is use my Gypsy as a mobile device to accept project files from CCR at this desktop so I can walk them to the other room where the Expression is.
4. Watched a few videos but they were no help. I did learn how to do proportional sizing in CCR which was a big help but for another issue.

BTW: My system a pc and is Windows based, running Windows 7. I keep my desktop and systems completely up to date. As I said I updated both Cricut Sync and Craft Room today before starting on my project.

Am I being completely blond here? I can't be the only user with a computer in one room and her Cricut in another. If someone would just take me by the hand and lead me to the light - I will be soooo appreciative. Regards, Simona

You need to export the file to get it to your gypsy.

Click the My Projects button on the CCR toolbar

Highlight the file you want to export and click the Export button

Select Cricut Gypsy and press Begin

Press OK if you get an Alert box

Press Save

Select the save location on your computer and press Save

Next close CCR, connect your gypsy to your computer and open Cricut Sync.

Once Cricut sync has done the "check for updates" (you can cancel out of that if your gypsy is up to date) click the Project files button and you'll see the screen with the list of files.

Click the Add Projects button

Navigate to where you saved the file on your computer and higlight that file.

Press Open.

The file will then be transferred to your gypsy.
