I have been informed by ProvoCraft that I need to PURCHASE a refurbished Expression in order for it to work with my MAC!! I have over $700 invested(?) in cartriges, the Expression and a GypsyAngry

My Expression is showing the correct Firmware. I have tried many cables (to rule out a bad cable). Due to many medical situations I have used my Expression fewer than a dozen times. Craft Room will not recognize my machine. I used the Gypsy to update the machines firmware to the latest version.

So now I have to spend more money for what??????Angry Angry

Same thing here with the Expression 2. And cricut.com webpage images show Macbook with CCR etc. I was informed there is an issue with the USB connection and that "sometimes" communication stops. I am told this is a known problem so why show Mac on the webpage with products and CCR? And, they are "working on it". I returned E2 and purchased Expression - now problem solved. I was fortunate that I was in a position to do a return and repurchase. Confused
