My husband recently bought me the Cricut Expression 2. I am attempting to decorate for my parent's 50th Anniversary and was so excited at all of the projects I would be able to conquer with my brand new Cricut. However, we are currently hand cutting out each and every piece that goes through the Cricut because if the machine doesn't shred the paper, it doesn't cut it at all!!! I have to log out of Cricut Craft Room and turn my machine off after EVERY SINGLE CUT!!! I have 200 guests that I was attempting to make favor bags for with a brand new machine, new blades, proper settings, etc.; however, it is taking me 3 times as long and costing me a fortune in ruined materials!!! I will not ever be purchasing a Cricut item in the future, nor will I recommend it to any of my crafting friends. After I post this on every social media outlet I can find, I will be done with Provo Craft.

I have to work on it late at night, after closing hours, so no I haven't called, but have searched the web for answers and have found that this is not an uncommon problem.

My work schedule makes it hard for me to call Customer Service before they close too. I had to put it on my schedule, otherwise I would forget about it during my workday.

Usually I end up calling about 5 minutes before closing. Luckily they're always nice, and don't try to rush through my problem so that they can go home.
