I thought when you join you get the cartridge and the overlay?
Did anyone have to call to get it?

I did a live chat and got it yesterday. They send it out pretty quickly. Also ask for the rewards. I forgot to do that but have another cart coming that won't have it so will contact them and ask for both.

How long did it take for you to get your cartridge? I really don't understand what is taking them so long to rectify this circle situation. I am done being lied to! Still don't have my cart and can't see the circle carts or rewards.

I just realized last night that I had received my cartridge but not the overlay. I will have to call tomorrow again to get that and see if there's any movement on getting the circle board access.

I think the universal overlay was a promo for current Circle members if they chose the Charmed cart when they rejoined.

Otherwise, I think an "includes universal overlay" notation would have been made in the "what's included" description on the Charmed cart.

I received the cart, but no overlay. I emailed customer support and after 2 or 3 exchanges over the last 3 weeks, I received notification today that my overlay is in the mail.

I know that using email and customer service takes a long time, but my life has been so busy lately that I didn't have time to sit waiting on the phone. Everything went well, just slow. However, using email customer service states that it will take 5-7 business days for a reply...and it does. Not really complaining, this time everything worked just fine for me.

I got my cart today and had to call for the overlay. I had posted on the Circle MB and asked on the moderator's thread about it ahead of time but was not responded to by the moderator so I figured, for some reason, they are wanting us to call them.

The CS person said it was going in the mail today. It took 12 days to get the cart. Hopefully the overlay will be faster. BigGrin
