Is it true that the new cartridges coming out after August 1 do not have rewards points? I believe I saw it in a post but wanted to make sure it was true? That would be too bad! Sad

I just bought the new "Home Decor" cartridge with the universal overlay, and there wasn't any rewards points with it. It did come with the digital verson though. Hope this helps.

What difference does it matter? There isn't anything on the rewards site & hasn't been in a very long time!

A Circle member called about the lack of rewards certificate and was told that it was an oversight and they would be mailed a certificate. I don't know what the status of the rewards program is, but I'm not going to sit on points any longer. I'm renewing my Circle membership with points and will use the rest as soon as I see something I need. I don't want to lose out.

If you didn't get a certificate with a recent purchase I would suggest calling PC or doing a live chat.

I just got the Charms cart and it doesnt have any reward points in it...I will check on Monday, maybe by then it'll be showing that i'm a Circle member,lol.

I just received the newer Creative Cards cart and the Simple Holiday Cards carts and they didn't have rewards in them either.

I called PC the other day because I got my creative cards cart with no rewards in them. I was told that as an over site the new cartridges were shipped out WITHOUT the rewards but she would e-mail me mine as soon as they were available Smile

I just opened the Home Decor Vinyl Wall Art (had it for a while but didn't get around to opening it, I'm bad that way) and no rewards.... Just ordered the new Anna Griffin one, we'll see if it's there. I like my rewards and hope Cricut don't stop them. I'm not a fan of changeGlare

I have bought 3 of the new cartages in the last two weeks and there were no rewards in them. I am very disappointed about that.

It sounds like the new carts should have rewards but they forgot to include them.

I just emailed rewards people asking because this is the 3rd new cart I purchased and I was told:
Thank you for emailing Cricut Rewards.

Please make sure that these Cartridges first qualify at http://www.cricutrewards.com/t-earnPoints.aspx . Once you have made sure that it qualifies we would like the following information from you.

Cartridge Serial Number: (The Number will be in a similar format as the following: ACHY-012885)
Date of purchase:
Where it was purchased:
Copy of the proof of purchase:

Once we have this information we will be able to generate a new rewards certificate for you.

I replied with , well none of the new released carts are here so does that mean no rewards?

I haven't yet heard back :/

I talked to support and they said it was a mistake and we should get points. I would call or email and let them know if I were you!

Crying I just now got the same e-mail response: check the list, if it's there, send the required info.

I e-mailed back to see if the new cartridges would therefore not be receiving rewards as they are not on the list. Awaiting their answer. I will try to contact them by phone or live chat.

The lack of decent rewards is disappointing to say the least, but it doesn't eliminate the benefits of having a rewards program. Hope things turn around!

I know people who have bought the new carts and done a live chat and were given rewards points then. I also heard if you call they will send the rewards. I would just make sure to register the carts first. I did see it mentioned where a member was told that Create A friend wouldn't have rewards, but I don't think that has been totally established yet. Huh Other's were told it would have them. Confused I have to call next week for them.

I hope the program sticks around and picks up...

I just received Anna Griffin Winter Wonderland, Simple Holiday Cards, and Creative Holiday Cards-all with no rewards certificate in them. I registered them to my account and contacted the live representative. She was great (and super fast too)! She checked my account by my email address and assigned me rewards on the spot, which I registered immediately on the rewards website. They all worked. Hope this helps someone!

I called last week about Create a Friend and was told they just didn't have rewards codes yet. The person I talked to said they would email me a code as soon as it is available.

Just got Edge to Edge on Sunday and no rewards there either. I figure I'll wait and call once I get the Create a Friend code.

I didn't have rewards code in my E2 box, Create a friend and Holiday cards. I had to provide pictures of the E2, receipts and serial numbers.

I didn't get any reward points in my Paper Doll Dress Up and I e-mailed them about it. All they did was send me a list of cartridges that they know have reward points missing and my cart wasn't one of them. So I guess I don't get it. I actually hope they do away with it because I don't think it's fair to buy a cart expecting to have one in there and it isn't. Plus that shipping tax is a bit ridiculous.

I have purchased 4 carts recently that did not have rewards.
I called CS and both times spoke with ladies that could not have been nicer!
I was only asked for the serial number from the back of the cartridge.
Both times the rewards codes were in my email inbox before we hung up the phone!!

I recommend calling customer service if that is an option based on where you live and your availability to their office hours.

None of the carts that were released before the Reward Program started have reward certificates in them. And it wouldn't be fair to give reward points for those carts now when people who purchased carts before the program started didn't get them. And it would be a nightmare for them to try to give points to everyone who purchased a cart back in 2006/2007/2008.

That's understandable but I purchased my cart in 2013. It's kinda un-nerving that they are giving others missing reward points but wont give it to me.

Hi guys, I'm having the same issues with carts and no reward points also. Just to respond to the post on points before the reward program began...there was an opportunity to get points on carts that qualified by filling out and sending in certification forms provided by Provo Craft. I earned several points by doing so, but I am not sure if that is still a possibility; you may want to check with Provo Craft. Meanwhile, I guess I'll need to call someone about getting the missing points for Anna Griffin's beautiful cart, Winter Wonderland and the Home Decor Vinyl Wall Art and while I'm at it, maybe I'll try again to get Wild Card Catridge linked to my Gypsie. Can we just have an i-s-s-u-e-l-e-s-s day....:)
