My machine has two full rows of keys that do not work. Has anyone encountered this problem before and if so, are there any ways to resolve it? I have tried to "reset" the machine quite a few times. I did get the one row to work the other night but now again tonight, nothing. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! Crying
