I have turnd my cricut expression 2 on and it powers up but does not work. You hear slight click as if going to work but no movement of carriage, won't load paper etc. Have tried to format and restore but no different. Hadn't used it for a while. Can anyone help?Sad

HI Donna,

I have had an issue with the E2 after using CCR, it just lagged at the title screen and sat there like a really impressive brick.

What I did, which seemed to fix this issue, was to press the reset button.

Turn your machine on, pull the cutting housing along the track revealing, on the right hand wall, a tiny white button on a silver spring.....Press this for about 5 seconds. Then restart your machine.

Sorry you are still stuck. Sounds like you will probably need to call Customer Services, look under SUPPORT for contact details.

If you are not sure, try posting in CRICUT CHAT FORUM, they might have a brighter idea or tell you to call CS too
