I am not sure if this can be done, and I have had no luck finding a discussion regarding this. I want to make a border out of an image by repeating the image until it forms a circle. Is there anyway to do this without actually placing them one by one on the craftroom mat? I am not sure I can place them all perfectly to form the circle cleanly.

No, you can't automatically do it. But you could place a circle shape (there's one on Cricut Craft Room basics) on one mat and use it as a guide to place your images on a second mat.
